Starting the subflooring in my van

Putting in some studs (fir strips) on the van floor and glueing it to the floor has posed its challenges.  The first stud that I install did not stick very well, so I need to reglue it. Also the studs were slightly warped, so I had to place heavy weights on top once I glued everything down. I also ran out of wood, so I was not able to finish the entire floor.  I am chasing the daylight as we are in the middle of winter here, we have frost every morning so I need to work during the earlier part of the day so that everything stays warm and adheres to the floor. Today I would like to install some insulation which will also be glued to the floor, let’s see how far I get.
