More insulation ideas

So, it looks like I'm adding another type of INSULATION to the mix!

I met Jordan last weekend at Spanish banks, when I parked next to him with my Ford transit. He also happens to have a Ford transit, which he camperized himself. So we chatted for a while and exchanged ideas, and then he also mentioned that he worked for a van outfitter. He suggested that we meet and perhaps he could help me. So I met with him last night, and he brought Max with him. We went over the van, and discussed different plans, different ideas, and different ways of insulating. So now it looks like I'm adding rockwool insulation to the mix. It will be much easier than spray foam and has an R rating of 14.

I began work on the ceiling today by gluing Styrofoam boards to the ceiling. That is difficult work, and I was not able to finish what I had set out to do, because I ran out of studs. This week has been stellar in terms of weather, it has finally warmed up and spring is here, making it easier to glue things. There is much work to be done still, before I will be able to use the power. as a matter fact I have to wait one week to receive the vinyl sheet for my floor.
